the shuttle service was GREAT and always on schedule. reception service was Really good. the staff were really friendly and helpful with any request i had. The location IS perfect with great views all round.

the air conditioning, sometimes, didn't work at its FULL capacity. i noticed there was NO aircon in the main restaurant and it seemed like a sauna. also, the pool closed to EARLY, and i can't swim during the day because i get heat stroke.

i appreciated the beautiful hotel grounds. i saw a stylish table on my balcony. the pool view and the golf course were fine.

The staff did not explain anything clearly. i requested an early check-in, which the hotel confirmed, but my room wasn't ready. the bathrooms seemed old and in need of updates. This was a clear drawback.
