my double room golf course view had good air conditioning. i saw the housekeeping staff clean rooms thoroughly each day. the breakfast included many options (i liked the fresh fruit).

the wifi signal was occasionally weak in my room.

shuttle service really good service helpful staff air conditioning main restaurant pool schedule

the shuttle service was GREAT and always on schedule. reception service was Really good. the staff were really friendly and helpful with any request i had. The location IS perfect with great views all round.

the air conditioning, sometimes, didn't work at its FULL capacity. i noticed there was NO aircon in the main restaurant and it was like a sauna. also, the pool closed to EARLY, and i can't swim during the day because i get heat stroke.

i appreciated the beautiful hotel grounds. i saw a stylish table on my balcony. the pool view and the golf course were fine.

The staff did not explain anything clearly. i requested an early check-in, which the hotel confirmed, but my room wasn't ready. the bathrooms seemed old and in need of updates. This was a clear drawback.
